I was checking this Polycom 500 connected to a Distro 5.211.65.13 and after I use OSS to connect the phone to the system I go back to the extension to change the line from 1 to 4, click reboot phone and save. The only issue is OOS will not all the extra keys and when I return to the extension screen I see only 1 line. Maybe this is the connection from the Extension screen to OOS. Anyway when you select any key other that one (1) and save it, when you some back it’s back to one line.
