We receive a call extension 1009 answers it.
Its for someone else so they dial 1008, tell them who it is and transfer.
This works, 9 times out of 10.
Though sometimes when we click tracker 1008 hears “all-circuits-busy-now&please-try-call-later”, as shown in this pastebin log.

No one else was on the phone at the time, I can often get up to 4/5 calls at a time in hear. When this occurred it was just one call in so “all circuits busy” does not ring home to me.
FreePBX is on the LAN, the two extensions 1008/1009 are on the same LAN the Trunks are provided by Twilio.
