Does it have popups to show agents information about the caller?
Yes. It has campaign name, callerID, contact information (if caller is reached in campaign database), geolocalization (if address is selected in campaign wizard with google maps api) and personalized context (i.e. info about previous attentions).
Is there a sizing guide based on calls per hour and number of agents?
We tested operation with 300-400 simultaneous calls and more than around 400 agentes without issues, but some use cases thru community show us 600 agent-peaks managing calls using All-In-Three architecture in podman (ansible/README.md · main · OMniLeads / OMniLeads Deploy Manager · GitLab).
Although we are working on performance tests to approach a benchmark, we create this project using a component-based arquitecture (microservices-oriented), so is our desire to escalate using orchestration tools. Architecture and components - Omnileads Docs

Still Zero external inversion, just our company moving from telephony integration services to a small software factory, putting our past contact center know how in progress and sharing our how-to for educational & businesses subjects
In the meantime, we created 2 addons as to keep the wheel rolling and maintain the project. Community and final prospects are expecting the rest of the channels to be delivered, so we are working hard for that in this last quarter!
