Is this a new system? If not, what do you believe caused the trouble (system or module update, new firewall, new ISP, etc.)?
Do calls from one extension to another work properly? If not, what goes wrong?
Do incoming calls work properly? If not, what goes wrong?
On a failing outgoing call, what do you hear?
At the Asterisk command prompt, type
pjsip set logger on
sip set debug on
make a failing call, paste the Asterisk log for the call at pastebin.freepbx.org and post the link here.
What is the make and model of your firewall? What special configuration, if any, did you do for VoIP?
