What do I need to do to get Sangoma to setup my PBXact system for me and show me how?
You contact your sales agent that sold you the PBXact appliance and ask them that question.
One of the support packages available is called Up and Running, you might be interested in that. Alternatively, if you have some knowledge but need to bounce the occasional question off a support engineer, you might want to just buy a block of credit and use it gradually.
