Obihai 300, find IP address

I noticed that once I provisioned my Obihai 300’s with Endpoint manager I’m no longer able to use the *** code to do features such as speak the IP address of the device. I just get a fast busy when dialing that code. Is there a setting I need to add to my provisioning template to make these features work again? I wonder if my dialplan is disallowing the *** pattern?
