Can anyone suggest the best way to convert a number dialed by a user to something different?
I have a few uses for this such as converting a UK 0845, 0870 number to the geographic equiv. number therefore saving costs.

My first attempts at this have failed so went googling…
It wasn’t answered because dial plans are well documented.
You have two opportunities for dialed digit manipulation, 1st in outbound routs then in the trunk.
If you run into trouble crafting these start a new thread and clearly state what you have tried, how it doesn’t work and what you are trying to accomplish.
