Is there a way to have a light illuminated on a cisco SPA508g phone when someone is logged into a queue?
People are supposed to be logged into a queue, but when they forget or log out and don’t log back in, calls in the queue are being abandoned. If there was some way to let the person at the phone level know they were not logged into the queue, it would make my life easier.
Easiest way would be to use an operator panel like FOP2.
If you have enough BLF keys on your phone, you could create multiple keys that will monitor the extensions *45*EXT (replace EXT with the extension number) for each extension.
(I believe you could also do *45*EXTQueue didn’t try it)
