How is this stuff being tested that the community almost daily is finding things that basic QA should be finding before you publish these modules.

I am in agreement. I have been keeping fairly quiet on this, but as someone who manages these systems for multiple paying organizations, the frequency of these kinds of mistakes are just frustrating to continually see come up across the forum.
