Not existed extensions are using the PBX!

Hi all
I can see many calls and usage have being happened in my PBX which is not from the registered extensions. I don’t know they use it. the list below that I haven’t covered, are all fake ones.

any advice please?

In Asterisk SIP Settings, Allow Anonymous Inbound SIP Calls and Allow SIP Guests should both be set to No. If this causes incoming calls to fail, you need to adjust your trunk settings and/or inbound routes so legitimate calls are processed correctly.

If the above settings are already No, paste the Asterisk log for an unauthorized call at pastebin.freepbx.org and post the link here.

Also, listen to the recording for the call at 14:23 that was answered and report what you hear.

Thanks for your help

Hi @Stewart1

when I changed those options to NO, my inbound calls fail as you mentioned.
what part of the trunk or inbound route need to be changed?

Look at the CDRs for legitimate incoming calls (before you made the changes) and make sure that the DID numbers shown match exactly DID Number in your Inbound Routes (+442037693727 and +613999141166).

For your trunk, make sure that Match (Permit) is set to the list of IPv4 addresses from which the trunking provider sends calls. If you still have trouble, paste a log including SIP trace.

Thanks @Stewart1
It didn’t help unfortunately.
Would you please have a look to the asterisk log?

Sure, and others will also look at it. But you haven’t yet posted a link to the pasted log.

The list under SIP signaling is pretty long but I have no way of knowing which are applicable to your connection, so you should probably put them all into Match (Permit). If FreePBX has a field length limitation so they don’t all fit, you could try entering just 18.214.109.128/25 and 13.52.9.0/25 and see whether any calls still get bounced. Or, split the too-long list into two or more trunks.
