Please reach out to Sangoma Support so they can direct your issue to the appropriate place. Apidaze and FreePBX aren’t related at all.
Sangoma support is taking so much time for the reply and asking for support credentials which we need to purchase separately. Can you suggest another way to contact them?
This error message only comes when we try to send SMS between two numbers which are from the same server i.e endpoint to another endpoint
I’m not sure what you mean by support credentials. Do you have a Salesforce ticket ID I can look up?
He probably means support credits as in he is not wanting to pay for commercial support and is asking if people here would know a solution to the problem.
To follow up with this publicly, I reached out to the division that handles Apidaze and sent the email address for support to @vexilla in private message. I don’t really want to post it publicly on here, since it can end up attracting even more spam.
