Not able to hear from internal to internal extension

Hello there

We just installed FreePBX and Asterisk over Ubuntu Server 18 and created our first extensions.
Each extension can register FreePBX from 3CX 6.5 softphones, and I can dial from extension 101 to extension 102… however when one of the extensions answers the call no sound is got and I can not hear anything from other extensions.
We have created Chan_pjsip extensions with the “quick creator tool”

Is this a typical mistake, because I have configured FreePBX (older version before) and did not have this problem.

Any suggestions please?
btw we are using the new version FreePBX 15.0.16.18
