No UCP Call History

I have installed today FreePBX 12.0.1rc19
After logging in to UCP I don’t see any call history.
I can see the calls in CDR Reports and the data is in MySQL
Am I missing something obvious?

You need to assign an extension to “Allowed Settings” in User Manager to be able to see anything. It’s all permissions based.

I had done that.
I can log in to UCP no problem, Everything works fine, except I don’t get any call history showing.
But, oddly if I call vmail (*97) I get a record of sorts,
The records are being written to MySQL Ok and I can see them in CDR Reports.
I can’t post a pic or link but you can see what I mean

Your link never load so I have no idea.

You can try that link now, it will load OK

Maybe you are expecting to see ALL call history. In UCP you will only see call history for YOUR extension (or whatever one you have defined)

What version of Asterisk are you using?

I edited your post and removed IP since your PBX was wide open on that IP. I suggest you secure that box.

Thanks for that Skyking!

Asterisk 12.5.0 and FreePBX 12.0.1rc19

CDRs are broke in anything less than Asterisk 12.6.0 unless you are using the FreePBX distro.

OK, well that would explain it then.
Thanks for your time, should I have known that?
