No Sound freepbx 17 after fixing caller ID

Was not getting sound after fresh install of freepbx 17 and asterisk 20, added local network to NAT Settings and got sound. then i noticed when i do test calls to my friends and cell phone i have sound. when i call voip.ms number no sound. any ideas? thanks in advance
