Hello all, i have pinset module version 13.0.13 and my freepbx version is FreePBX 13.0.197.8 and asterisk version is 13.17.0. I have 2 T1 trunks, When i define my pinsets on my outbound trunk i am not able to hear a ringtone. When i remove the pinset from the trunk the i will hear a ringtone. I have already tried setting the Asterisk Trunk Dial Options to “r” and even tried “Tr” still the same result. Any advise as to what would be causing the issue.
