No Ring Tone When Calling certain Outside Numbers

Version: FreePBX 16.0.40.7

Example:Calls to T-Mobile and Verizon Cell Phones during the call when there should be a ringtone is just silence until the party answers the call. However for example if I call the landline phone at home there is a ringtone during the call.

Just discovered that the Snom phone will have the ring tone but our Cisco 7965’s will not have the ringtone.

You are probably getting ringback tone as early media. What lies between FreePBX and the mobile network might not be allowing early media.
