No recordings for queue to queue calls


I noticed all calls that was pass from 1 queue to another or ring group to queue or something like that, no recordings was made even if force was set.


You know the only way anyone’s going to look at this is be you providing the logs where the recording/call failed, right?

Even then, if this is a bug, you need to submit an Issues ticket so the people that actually work on the software can look at it.


i found the recording in monitor but the recording filename start with external-SIP-XXXXXXXXXX-20180307-112900-1520440140.994.gsm. but im not sure why in cdr page no recording found.

No one will “guess” here without any logs…
