Hello all,
Let me begin by first apologising, if this post isn’t as clear or direct as it needs to be then forgive me, I’ve been thrown into the deep end here and I’m just managing to keep my head above the water.
I’ve been working on the following issue for two days and my google-fu is failing me at the last hurdle;
I’ve inherited an IT estate running a FreePBX/Asterisk server which failed after a power-cut last week, I’ve now rebuilt the server using the most up to date distro and restored a backup, I can see all the devices/users/trunks and more, internal calls/voicemail etc all work.
However, we have no outside lines, calls cannot be made in or out of the building, the server has a Digium B410p card and I’ve found it’s user manual here: http://docs.digium.com/B410P/b410p-user-manual.pdf
I’ve been through its setup steps for the card and I can see it in Dahdi config:

I’m now utterly at a loss as to what to try, we cannot contact the previous SysAdmin as we don’t have any details for him and it’s getting to the stage where I’m debating calling in an outside contractor but I feel as if I’ve got it so close I might as well ask here.
Thanks for reading.
