I am using 3 CO lines
2 are normal PSTN
1 is FTTH phone line
on the pstn lines i get correct CID on the freepbx but on the FTTH line i get “anonymous”
If i connect the line directly on a phone set, i get proper CID info on the phone screen.
The INVITE sent by the Matrix had no caller ID info, so there is nothing you can do in FreePBX to fix it.
You must find the correct setting for caller ID format in the Matrix and configure it properly. If you are sure it’s already correct, the Matrix probably has some syslog options which will show what error it encountered trying to parse the caller ID. You may have to adjust timing or levels to get it working.
