No CallerID on Park Pickup

FreePBX 17 with all updates

When picking up a parked call the screen shows the parking slot, i.e. 701 instead of the callerID of the original caller. Packet tracing shows FreePBX is not sending anything, empty.

Show the packet trace. Your phones may not be configured to accept the header being used when it picks up a call. Need to verify the right headers are there.

There’s a extension setting which need to be changed & issue is fixed. Ref : No CallerID on Park Pickup
