No audio on softphone extension

Hello. My extension doesn’t seem to be working properly. I can call people but there is no audio on either end. What do you think I am doing wrong?

Check under Settings → Asterisk SIP Settings and make sure the WAN and LAN fields are filled out appropriately for your environment.

New system, or did something stop working?
Other extensions ok?
Can you call *43 (echo test)?
Calls between extensions ok?
What happens on incoming?
