No Audio on Call Forward

I have no audio on call forwarding. Since the caller can hear two rings before the line goes silent, the issue seems to be on the outbound leg. I am going to list my settings below. If someone can help me trouble shoot this, it would be great.

I have tried checking the “confirm calls” box on the ring group that dials out to the forward. When checked, the call does not dial the forward number but immediately goes to voice mail for the specified extension (the destination if no answer).

When unchecked, the call goes to the forwarded number but no audio after two rings. I can call the ring group from any extension and it dials the number and I have audio.

Any ideas about what I need to change? Thanks!
