Here is the situation:
I have a virtual extension with an enabled follow me, which calls an external mobile number XX#. The ‘no answer destination’ of the ‘follow me’ is set to voicemail. The mobile rings correctly, but after the ring time is over the call just hangs up without sending the caller to voicemail.
The strange thing is that if I enable ‘Call confirmation’ in the follow me settings, the call is forwarded correctly to the voicemail. Another thing I noticed is that the ring time duration in the follow me settings works only if the ‘Call confirmation’ is enabled.
Could you advise me how to get the ‘no answer destination’ working without enabling the call confirmation?
