NightMode pbx

I have a friend, that has a company that is going to install freepbx, however rather than using a schedule for the phones to go to nightmode they want to be able to turn it on and off manually, but use the schedule if no one turns it off or on… is that possible? I can’t think of a way to do that? thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Call Flow first then to Time condition

can you elaborate? I think I get it, but I want to be sure? what I think you mean is have the main number do a call flow first then if that condition isn’t met then go to time conditions???

Callflow off, calls go to time condition, call flow on , calls go to whatever you want have a key being hinted by *280 (first call flow) and you can toggle it on/off/red/green depending on your phone.
