New Xfinity gateway installed, one account on phone now won't register

I have a home office with one Yealink phone that has two accounts, one on each of two remote PBX systems. They worked fine until the home office gateway was replaced with a new Xfinity gateway. Now, Account 2 works as usual but Account 1 will not register. Nothing has changed except the home gateway. Xfinity has been no help.

Here’s a tcpdump and it seems to show the connections are getting to the PBX. Also, output from grep “Added contact” /var/log/asterisk/full*
The extension that won’t register is 204.

Responsive Firewall. Made sure my Home Office IP was in the whitelist then restarted Intrusion Detection. The phone immediately registered.
