New to PJSIP - Allow transport Reload?

I’m starting to move to pjsip and had a hosted install this morning where I wasn’t receiving audio. I set Allow transport Reload to yes and audio worked. Is this normal and I see a warning telling me this is not a good idea. What are the potential issues of this change? Thank you

If you do not allow transports reload and make a change that affects the transports (like IP address / NAT change) then you would have to restart asterisk (fwconsole restart) after applying the configuration.

If you do allow transport reload then the change would go into effect with the Apply button without having to restart. Some people have reported instability with this configuration. See Allow Transport Reload

Allow transport to yes broke BLF on PJSIP for me:

I have recently found that BLF is not working on my system when using PJSIP. It works only until a reload (apply config) is performed and then the BLF light on the phone freezes. You can still press the button, but the light stays at whatever it was at before the reload. I am running Asterisk 13.23.1, FreePBX HA and Yealink phones.
