Got a brandnew Sangoma P370 phone in today. To my great surprise it runs firmware 4_6_0. To my knowledge, 4_25_1 is the latest in EP, 4_26_0 in https://sangomakb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/Phones/pages/14516566/Phones+-+Version+4_X+Firmware)
While that kind of version leap sounds great at first, no contacts, no favorites, no call log etc. All P370s with 4_25_1 run phoneapps fine.
What has happened? How do I downgrade?

4_6_0 is a firmware build from July 2022, it is an old version not a new one. The phone needs to upgrade to the latest version.

lol, they sold us a pretty old phone then…
Well…it’s not a yoghurt…the hardware has no expiration date.
