I have taken on a project at work that involves a VoIP solution. We have a piece of software that supports all aspects of maintenance at hotel properties. We now host the application here. There is a voice module that Housekeeping uses to create work orders. Currently this is done using a dialogic card that will interface with their PBX. I am looking to bring the voice module here as well. I would like to think that this is possible. I am aware of some of the things that we would need but I am at a dead end on how to accomplish this.
Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
