do we have any news about including Poly CCX series?
We’ve added VVX models without certification as a general update. Nothing on the horizon re: CCX.

You may wish to put in a commercial feature request to help the product manager know what is desired. This doesn’t mean it will get in but when they are deciding where to put things in planning it is helpful to know what people want.

the response I got is that the manufacturer needs to contact Sangoma but we have been talking with the manufacturer and it is not easy for them.
That is the canned response but it still helps them guage wants. As mentioned above sangoma bit the bullet and added vvx.
