New Install of FreePbx 16 - Sysadmin issue

Just installed a fresh install of Freepbx 16 about 2 months ago, i updated most everything i could all seems ok, however trying to install sysadmin and getting “Sysadmin RPM not up to date” trying to install the system admin module, I already have this in production unfortunately, any help on how to get a newer RPM or correcting the issue?? Thanks in advance!!

FreePBX Verison is 16.0.40.8

Assuming this is a FreePBX distro install, login as root and rum

yum upgrade
