We have recently migrated to the new version of FreePbx (already sangoma) and with the following features of the machine (4 cpu with 2 cores and 8 gb of Ram) we are suffering from cuts in the voice and metallic sound in the calls.
We have about 1000 extensions, these problems we have them indistinctly in internal calls as in external calls.
How we can solve it?

Starting from network hiccups to something on your server eating extra resources.
