New DID registration issue FlowRoute

Elastix 2.4 using FreePBX 2.8 / Asterix 1.8
When a call is made it is seen on FlowRoute side as DID is registering however phone goes silent after pickup. I think it maybe an issue with RTP audio but I am not sure. I am new here and just trying to get this DID to work.

Also tried upgrading/restoring system files to fresh install of FreePBX v17 but keep getting the following error:

“Undefined array key “date””

After attempting that I am now getting an error message from the fresh install of FreePBX stating: “Ajax request broken or aborted for an unexpected reason. Please check console logs for more details.”

Since that error message I am no longer able to access the server via SSH.

Check that Match (Permit) for the trunk includes all addresses from which FlowRoute can send calls. See

The issue of registration has been resolved, however I still cannot figure out why I keep getting a Restore error when trying to restore FreePBX v2.8 to v17.
