Nested ring groups

Hello,

I am not sure this is because of the upgrade from 2.3 to 2.4 but it seems i cannot use nested ring groups.
I have a ring group for each of our departments in our office and I have created another group called Everyone which I construct of all the groups available. When I then try to ring this group it will jump to the “Destination if no answer:” option.

Is this default behavior?

Put a # character after each of the numbers that are not standard extensions, so if you have a ring group with xtn101 and ring group 200 in it, you would have:

101
200#

I’ve just tested this and it works fine.
