Trying to figure out a fast solution to agents in a queue who will not, or forget, to pause, DND, or log out, when they leave their station, for any length of time.
Queue has no failover, as they are the only agents who can answer, no ringall, as there is no accountabilty. Thought about auto pause, but if they all go auto pause, no one can answer anyway…Agents mute ringers (working on that one…)
Any help for some type of alerts, work arounds, tazer/phone implementation would be appreciated
