Need Help With Registration of trunks

Hi All, I’m new to Freepbx and really enjoy this learning curve, I just need some help with some problems or human errors.

I’m setting up a sip2sip account and have it registered with the sip domain and the peer is also connected, now sometimes I can receive calls but can not dail out, I get the voice prompt that say “all circuits are busy now please try again later” and I’m not sure what the problem can be.

I have seen a picture of my friend’s freepbx and what I have noticed is that he have 3 bars under FreePBX Connections one say " IP Phones online " other one “IP Trunk Registration” and the other one “IP Trunks online” now mine have all but one “IP Trunks online”

I hope there is someone out there that would be able to assist me.

Have a look at this picture below

Thank you all for your help.

Regards

Jaco

The status page is not directly meaningful. You need to post your versions, logs and output of ‘sip show peers’, ‘sip show registry’ commands.

I hope that this will help

You say you can get calls in but not out. Have you done an ourbound route for the number you are trying to call ??

You need to post log output for when the call fails with the verbosity turned up.

Thanks for the reply, please remember I’m very new to freepbx and hope that I supply you with the right info needed for the help I needed.

Both numbers are from sip2sip account PBX and the called party. (test)
