we had to rebuild our PBX and while trying to get outbound calls to work we are having issues. The system is an Incredible PBX 2027 D and connecting lines through VoIP.ms. All incoming calls are working great. We cannot get outbound calls to connect and have read through and tried several dozen things. Attached is a log from Asterisk logfiles and PJSIP Logging during an error.

503 is a fairly generic “I don’t like you”. My best guess is that it doesn’t like the user part of the From header; what does that represent?
Try setting From Domain to atlanta1.voip.ms
If no luck, try enabling ulaw on the trunk – possibly g722 is supported for only some destinations.
Tried the changes and they didn’t work… because they started blocking the IP address of our PBX after a year of use! Thank you for the assistance.
