Installed free pbx but don’t know how to configure with Indian sip providers. please help anyone who are in India… It’s its is helpful to my job…

In any country, SIP providers have different requirements and need different setups.
If you have already chosen a provider, a combination of their documentation / portal and a search for (for example)
bsnl sip trunk
should tell you what you need.
If you are having trouble, post details (does your PBX register successfully, what happens on attempted outbound calls, what happens incoming attempts, error messages in Asterisk log, etc.)
