i use FreePBX 2.5.2.2 an i want export the Phonebook to Cisco Phonebook format. Exist a Script or more information ?

Fonality included one with trixbox, nobody every ported it.
When they forked FreePBX they never updated it. If you can get a hold of an old old version of trixbox (2.2) you can reverse engineer it.
BTW, you should update your FreePBX. 2.5 is not supported anymore, major enhancements since then.
