Need CRM for mini callcenter for ticket locking

Dear all,
I have deployed FreePBX for in/outbound calling.
I have 5 agents for the call center
I want my customer to receive calls on their desktop or softphone.
and I want CRM in which agents lock tickets of users and send SMS to clients on locking tickets. and also record calls.
please suggest to me the best and user familiar CRM for Free PPBX.
which of the following modules I need to buy
I’m new to FreePBX I don’t know about CRM modules:

  • Salesforce
  • Zoho CRM
  • SugarCRM
  • SuiteCRM
  • ConnectWise
  • Zapier Apps

I don’t know that anyone here can tell you which CRM to go with. You’ll need to try them all and decide which one works for you.

You only pay for one license of the CRM Link module and it works with any of those listed CRM solutions. You then work on integrating it with whatever CRM solution you decide to go with.

You shouldn’t. You should run your CRM on a separated dedicated machine.
