My Upgrade from 13 to 14 and current troubles

Here is another post about upgrading to SNG7 and the process which has been established.

I upgraded another server yesterday.

In that time the upgrade worked i am now on CentOS I mean SNG7 but, I can poke holes in the timezone being set back to UTC, asterisk not starting on boot, yum troubles, php problems. But what I want to know is what is the process for submitting when the Distro Upgrade fails?

Systematically asterisk works i was able to get to a stable state but my troubles are with the consistency of the server. I opened a issues ticket yesterday and nothing.

Should i have posted here first?

Issues go thru triage once a week on Monday afternoon.

So what is the process i guess open a ticket here and complain a bit ?

All good here, overpaid and underworked :slight_smile:

You open a ticket when there is a demonstrable issue that can be fixed by the FreePBX dev team. If you have a vague sense that something is not right but you don’t know what or how, then start a discussion here.

K well here we go.

I have dependency issues and php problems.

Ohh and so does this server.

Things that make you go hmmmmm. Maybe you need a 12 step process to debug yum.
