My phone able to register from dataplan but not with internet

My PBX is on the cloud, and I have remote users …

The issue is that remote users can connect from phone data plan internet; however, if they register from wifi internet, they are not able to connect to PBX

I check the log and found that their registration does not reach my server.

If it’s not hitting the PBX then something on that WiFi network is blocking access, or their WAN IP is blocked somewhere in between…

Even if an IP is banned in fail2ban, you should still see it in sngrep

It seems in turkey, The landline is a VoIP phone, so 5060 is used. I change the sip port in FreePbx, and it’s working fine now.
