My pbxact with polycom phones are lagging

after a few days of use our Polycom VVX phones become almost unusable. The buttons take a few seconds to press etc. I did change each extension under Advanced, set Aggregate MWI to yes. That wasnt the issue. I do a reboot every few days but that isnt the solution. I am thinking that there is something that is misconfigured that is throwing up too much traffic. Is there anything I should be doing or looking out for?

I would start with simple things like making sure it’s not the firmware of the phones that’s a problem. Update firmware to the latest version and then go from there.
