My freepbx Server not visible on the network

I installed asteriskNow on a VMware and i changed the default IP to 192.168.4.25 while my gateway is 192.168.4.7. I am able to ping the freepbx IP (192.168.4.25 ), from my host sytem. But cant ping it from other sysyem on the network.
Can someone help, or what should my DNS server Ip (freepbx server ) be.

If your using IP addresses - DNS doesn’t come into play at all. DNS is responsible for mapping names into IP addresses.

Sounds like you have to enable the host system to listen for and route the IP address to the VMware instance.

Thanks i have change the settings if my VMware , from NAT to bridge and my server can now communicate with other system on the network.
