Music on Hold with a Yealink T46S phone

Good morning!

I have a wonderful Yealink T46S phone, and it works great, but I’m having trouble with getting my FreePBX Music on Hold to work.

I have just the default Music on Hold set up. Nothing fancy.

When I place a call on hold, asterisk gives me this error:

[2018-01-13 08:11:40] NOTICE[1250]: res_pjsip_session.c:2841 new_invite: Call from ‘210’ (TCP:10.0.0.152:12227) to extension ‘music’ rejected because extension not found in context ‘from-internal’.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance…

system details:

asterisk: 15.1.5
FreePBX 14.0.1.24

{gentle nudge / inquiry}

There’s something wrong in your configuration. I haven’t dug deep, but the “extension ‘music’” error tells me that something about your config is messed up. Have you looked through the ‘/etc/asterisk/extension*conf/’ files to see where ‘music’ shows up?

The only references appear to be for the “setmusic” macro or “musicclass”:
