Music-on-hold or ringing

Hi

Does anyone know how to set the calls so that all calls coming in from the external telco play music-on-hold when transfered from the operator to the users extensions but when one user dial another it must indicate ringing and not MOH? I’ve set it up in the General Settings, Dial Command with “tm” which plays MOH but the customer doesn’t want MOH when users phone each other internally.

I just tried it and that is EXACTLY what FPbx does with all default settings. That means it’s set to “tr” in general settings. Using FPbx 2.3.0.3 with no changes to ring/MOH behaviour anywhere.

I just tried a new install on 2.3.0.3 and it only rings when you transfer outside calls from the operator to an extension. I need moh to be played when transferring an outside call to an extension and normal ringing when dialing from one extension to another. Does anyone have any other ideas?
