Multiple records in CDR and queue report

I have one issue in my pbx system. showing 2 to 3 entries in CDR for same call. same 2 to 3 entries coming in queue report as well.

In the above screen shot we can see same call having three entries, first and second entry showing abandon and third entry showing answered in queue report. so total 3 entries showing in queue report.
Like this i have more than 50 calls showing abandoned status in queue report.

Can anyone suggest what causing this issue.

This is not an issue. This is because I suspect you have three agents in the queue so one entry for each agent that’s supposed to take the call.

Ok but how come three entries coming in queue report
