Multiple languages configuring on IVR FreePBX,
I uploaded two different IVR recorded files and created two different IVR, but I don’t understand how to switch to the next IVR.
Does anyone help me?

I have two languages recorded IVR files Amharic and English if some one needs to service English language how to switch to the 2nd IVR??

To change the language of the channel you define it in the Languages module
https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/FPG/Languages+Module+User+Guide

Once it’s defined there, you can reference it in the IVR.
