Moved my server from using DPMA to EPM and now my phones cant check VVM

I get the following error message on my phone:

The Phones configuration is missing some information needed for viusal voiceail (account_ip, username, password/auth_token, appserver).

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Creating and using a new template in EPM doesn’t resolve the issue and I get same error message.

Creating a NEW user corrected the issue however how do I fix all my other users? Comparing the two extensions they look identical in the gui.

edit: I created a new extension not user. I miss spoke.

figured it out. when moving from DPMA to EPM you also need to create FPBX USERS,if you didnt make them when you originally set up the config, then assign the user app permissions.
