I’m new to the FreePBX - which install was easy and I have two SIP trunks up and running however if I try to have more then two in-bound routes going in different directions (meaning DID-1 goto call group, DID-2 goto Recording) The phone call from the outside to the inside will not connect. I get a no-service. If I remove the two trunks and accept any DID/CID it calls through on either DID.
Does this make any sense?
does a non any/any route work for only one DID? are you sure the provider(s) are sending DID info?
Yes non any/ CID/DID does work with both trunks. I’m checking on my provider to see if they send DID info.
Some providers require you to put the DID at the end of the register string like this:
username:[email protected]/NNNNNNNNN
where NNNNNNNNNN is the DID.
