MOH stream quit playing after v14 upgrade

I’ve been using this string:
/usr/bin/mpg123 -q -s --mono -r 8000 -f 8192 -b 1024 http://IP_OF_STREAM:8000

as a custom application for music on hold. It was working fine but noticed that it quit playing after upgrading my distro to version 14.

If I run that from the command line I get returned “Killed”

Not sure where I got this command from originally but is there a new/better way of playing a stream during MOH?

I setup a fresh test install of Distro 14 (asterisk 13) and MOH worked perfectly. not sure where to begin looking in my production system for the cause of the failure.
